De show wordt geproduceerd door Anirudh Pathak en het productiebedrijf Writer's Galaxy. Het verhaal is gebaseerd op het boek van Gujarati schrijver Kanhayalal Munshi Deze show is de eerste productie van Sony Pictures Networks India's subtak SET originals. De show gaat in première op 20 januari 2018.
