LL Cool J
James Todd Smith (geboren op 14 januari 1968) is een Amerikaanse rapper, acteur en ondernemer. Hij is beter bekend onder zijn artiestennaam LL Cool J (wat een afkorting is voor Ladies Love Cool James).
Momenteel is hij te zien in de CBS-misdaadserie NCIS: Los Angeles als speciaal agent Sam Hanna. Als rapper heeft hij dertien studioalbums uitgebracht. Enkele van zijn bekendste nummers zijn "Mama Said Knock You Out", "I'm Bad", "Rock the Bells", "I Can't Live Without My Radio", en "The Boomin' System". Zijn laatste album Authentic kwam uit op 30 april 2013.
Cool J is getrouwd met zijn vrouw Simone en is christen.
