Liga Deportiva Universitaria de Quito (ook Liga de Quito of gewoon Liga genoemd) is een in Quito, Ecuador, gevestigde Ecuadoraanse voetbalclub. De ploeg speelt momenteel in de Ecuadoraanse Serie A en werd opgericht op 11 januari 1930. LDU Quito is één van de meest succesvolle Ecuadoraanse ploegen, met 9 regionale titels, 10 nationale titels en 4 internationale titels. Ze werden ook tweede in de 2008 FIFA Club World Cup.
