One in a Million is het tweede studioalbum van de Amerikaanse R&B-artiest Aaliyah. Het werd op 27 augustus 1996 uitgebracht door Blackground Records en Atlantic Records. Het album was het eerste album waarop Aaliyah samenwerkte met rappers Missy Elliott en Timbaland.
