The Band

The Band was een rockband van 1964 tot 1976 en opnieuw van 1983 tot 1999. De oorspronkelijke groep bestond uit vier Canadezen (Robbie Robertson, Richard Manuel, Garth Hudson en Rick Danko) en één Amerikaan (Levon Helm).

Deze band was het onderwerp van de film The Last Waltz uit 1978.
