Het Institut au service du spatial, de ses applications et technologies (ISSAT) is de Franse naam voor het Instituut voor Ruimtevaart, zijn toepassingen en technologieën. De organisatie werd in 1995 met steun van het Franse ministerie van Onderwijs opgericht om de lucht- en ruimtevaartactiviteiten in Toulouse te ontwikkelen. Zij draagt ook bij tot de verspreiding van expertise op het gebied van lucht- en ruimtevaart in Frankrijk en Europa.
